It is swell. The front desk clerks are patient and soft spoken. It is a blessing to conduct our personal business here. They took care of our every need I even arrived 8min late and (drove an hour out) and they took me in no questions asked! It was marvelous!

Dr. Cua is always very caring & concerned with my treatment. I appreciate this very much. Terry is always nice & helpful. Lilia is always welcoming. The dental assistants are usually professional, and always competent. However, I noted that while an assistant was asking me questions, another assistant came up to him to ask questions that had nothing to do w/ my appt. For me, this was rude & very unprofessional. You should at least say excuse me instead of just deciding to interrupt my appointment. Unless it’s an emergency, your questions can wait. In effect, you’re saying that your lack of knowledge is more important than my treatment. Recognize the fact that your co-worker is attending to a patient and either wait or, if urgent, say excuse me to the patient. Notwithstanding this momentary lapse in professionalism, I appreciate the entire dedicated staff at Image.

Ortho staff is fun and considerate. The wait time is never too long unless it's busy. Dr. Tran is very experienced and makes sure to get the possible results for a nicer smile.

I have been coming here since 6th grade for my braces and as a now Sophomore in high school, I can see a difference in my smile. The people here are really sweet, they make sure that you are comfortable, and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns you have about your process. Not only are the workers great at what they do but they’re also great at creating a safe environment for kids. When I first got my braces, I was really nervous but my dentist was reassuring and made me feel confident in my smile. Overall, this place is great and would highly recommend!

I had such a an amazing experience at my consult today! I’m starting Invisalign here and every staff member that assisted me today was kind & gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself!4 Month Update:I started my Invisalign in July & I just had my first appointment to check on my progress. Everything is going well with my treatment. I’m fortunate that my Invisalign isn’t hurting me very much at all. There is some discomfort on the first day on a new aligner but it goes away quickly. Today I was cleared to change my aligners every 7 days. I’ll post an update when I get to the end of my treatment!Near End of Treatment UpdateI am nearly finished with my treatment. My teeth look amazing, I get compliments on my smile often. I had more aligners than a few people I know who’ve gotten Invisalign & I think the subtle movements are they reason that I didn’t experience a lot of pain. I have an appointment later this month (September 2023) & I’m pretty sure that my attachments will be removed & I’ll be given instructions on how often I should be wearing my retainer to maintain my results. I feel like this time has flown by so quickly. Very happy with my decision! Next update will be post final appointment.7/15/2024I love my smile! So glad I invested in Invisalign. I will say the retainers are a lot more expensive than I anticipated. You have to wear your retainers after treatment to maintain your results. My bottom retainer broke after only a few months & apparently I was supposed to have been offered a payment plan to have “retainers for life” it costs $900 on top of the cost of the treatment but you get two free retainers a year. Other than that, a single set of retainers costs about that. It was something that could have been written into my original payment plan for my treatment so definitely ask about it if you decide to get them. If it isn’t included in your contract for your Invisalign treatment, they offer for you to pay a down payment & then I think you can make a few monthly payments to pay for the retainers for life.Other than the retainer issue, I am very happy I chose to straighten my teeth. I feel so much more confident. Try to stay on schedule & do exactly as your doctor says. It didn’t take long at all to completely change my smile.

Wonderful experience on my first day of treatment! I was so nervous because I am not a fan of dental work but Maria made me so comfortable, she was empathic and super thorough in her explanations. I got aligners but they still have to place gear and shave the teeth a bit. The whole procedure was painless, smooth, and super chill. Maria also gave me lots of super important tips that have been crucial to help me stay on track. It has been several weeks and I have already seen so much progress in my smile. I am so glad I finally did this!

So happy that I found Image Orthodontics! I booked through their website, which is very convenient, and got my appointment the next day! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time. I just sat down waiting for them to call me, and guess what? The waiting time was just 2 minutes! The gentleman who helped me with my X-ray was very kind and helpful, though I forgot his name. I felt so welcome! I also love Ashley—she helped me throughout the process, explained my insurance coverage, and assisted me in booking with the oral surgeon for next week. Image ortho (pleasant hill) has been assisting us since 2022 to get our 13 yr old his braces. We didn’t get what we hoped for, but this year, we started his journey to a new smile. Our son is excited but nervous. He has his braces and Herbst appliance on now. We are excited for him and we thank image ortho for all their help and guidance. I recommend them for braces especially for children. We have another child and hopefully we don’t need one for him, but if we do, we will definitely go with image ortho. 🫰🙏🫶🏻

Sandy is as pleasant as I recall, this time she is helping my son as well and she is alway so help with tips and reminders for my son if he wants his teeth straight by senior year. Dr. Kalika is amazing and absolutely the master of orthodontics who doesn’t shy away from difficult cases, for which he finds creative and innovative solutions. I had a complicated case with him as an adult after having unsuccessful orthodontic treatments as a teen, which he tackled as a total pro. I then brought both of my kids to Dr. Kalika for their orthodontic needs and we couldn't have been happier. Plus, his office is a total state of the art and his staff is very kind, helpful, and welcoming.

I strongly recommend Redwood Smile dental for all kids, who are looking for regular dental services. Redwood Smile is a very kids friendly clinic. Big screen of cartoon on top of each section. Dr. B is super professional, nice doctor, and most importantly she cares for kids. Today nurse Ellen and nurse Galo helped both of my kids. They are both very patient and careful. So far Redwood Smile is my best dental experiences for my kids.

I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2021. Due to the pandemic my daughter was unable to proceed with her treatment plan. With us having to relocate I needed to find a new orthodontist office for my 12 year old daughter as soon as possible. Image orthodontics was conveniently located near us. When I called to schedule they were also accepting new clients. During her first visit they instantly made the both of us feel welcomed. The office was clean and the atmosphere was inviting they went above and beyond with Providing my daughter exceptional care the assistant Sarah was so sweet and attentive making sure she was comfortable. I could tell by the way she was able to converse with me throughout my daughters ortho visit that she was very skilled and educated as a orthodontist assistant even taking some additional time to further explain the after care. Image orthodontics helped provide my daughter phenomenal results and a bright smile for a lifetime
