I would like to leave a positive review about the employee Leah who helped us at the orthodontic clinic during my son’s braces treatment. She was extremely professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. She explained all the details of the contract very clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure we understood everything before signing.

The staff is kind and gentle. However, my care plan has never been clear to me. To be fair, Dr. Low was retiring and passing the baton. Unfortunately, I feel like a sacrifice to that process.

Everyone was so sweet. They have amazing payment plans aswell!

They are really good at explaining options and patient with my son who's a teenager and not answering their questions very well.

My first time with image othrodontics and my experience from my first exam has been great. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I had no issues on the break down of the financial portion. They make it very easy and understandable. I would recommend this place 10/10. They also are very affordable and have great payment plans and low down payments it was a very good experience.

We have been coming to get our braces care here and totally love Ellen! She gives us great care and makes the process easy for my boys! Thanks Ellen!!!

They are so kind no wait time.

Had such a great experience at my first orthodontist appointment! Melissa and Liz were both so welcoming, kind, and professional from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and explained everything clearly which really helped ease my nerves. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and creating a positive experience. Highly recommend!
