Ellen was so efficient. She was also very welcoming and made my experience getting braces again a great one. Also, I really appreciate Estefani for working with me on my financing of my braces. The entire Redwood office are amazing.

It was a good experience to replace my old retainer. Easy going with reception staff, tnanks a lot especially to Tatyana, who navigated me through all treatment. I had Sandy as my doctor and she is extremely friendly and did a great job. Now I’m calm about my orthodontic issues, cause I used to treat it in another country, and periodically I need to fix. The price affordable comparing with other clinics and no additional service which you cannot decline.

They are both incredibly sweet, friendly, and caring, and they always make me feel comfortable whenever I come to the dentist. 💕 The service I receive from them is always excellent, and I truly appreciate how much they help me every time I visit. They always greet me with a smile and make the whole experience so much better. I’m very grateful to have such wonderful people taking care of me. I am very disappointed with the administrative support here. Trying to contact this office over the last three days has been completely unsuccessful, as messages and calls go unreturned. Despite this lack of basic availability for patients, my automatic monthly payments were processed on time without issue. Prompt billing should be matched with prompt customer service. I am requesting an urgent phone call back to address my current concerns.

Nice and simple process. I had the Invisalign and finished the process within 18 months. Big shout outs to Eric, Rene and Raymond! I appreciate all the help!
