We understand that sometimes it’s easy to lose or break them, so that’s why Image Orthodontics created “Retain My Smile”, an affordable and worry-free retainers program for everybody to ensure you always have one when you need it.

Retain My Smile Program for $950

Retain My Smile is a long-term retainer protection for patients and not-yet-patients of Image Orthodontics, so you can keep your smile straight without surprising costs. For a one-time fee, you’ll receive:

Up to 4 replacement retainers per year for 10 years
No office visit fees for replacements
Flexible payment options

This means no more stress over lost, broken, or worn-out retainers, and no expensive replacements catching you off guard.

How It Works?

Our retainers program covers the cost of replacing lost or broken clear retainers for ten years, providing peace of mind and financial protection.

For a one-time fee you will stop worrying about retainers’ replacements.

We offer 2 payment options:

Option #1 – Payment in Full
- If you purchase it with your treatment, pay ONLY $950
- Or if you purchase it after your treatment, SAVE $50 and pay $1200.
Option #2 – Monthly Payment Plan
Make 5 monthly payments of $250 (requires autopay). The payment will be added to your current monthly payment for the next 5 months.

Receive up to 4 replacements per year
No deductible or hidden fee!
Valid for 10 years after the treatment is completed, or from the purchase date if purchased separately
This program can be purchased again at the end of 10 years with provider approval

Who Is Eligible?

All Image Orthodontics patients are eligible to enroll in our Retain My Smile program. Simply speak with a team member at your clinic, and they’ll guide you through the enrollment process. It doesn’t matter if your treatment is with braces or clear aligners.

You may choose to make a one-time payment at the start of your treatment or spread the cost over five monthly installments, conveniently added to your existing payment plan.

For non-patients, we can also evaluate your case to offer you this program.

Regularly inspecting your retainer and consulting with your orthodontist can help determine the right time for a replacement. However, you should consider replacing them if you notice:

Outside a retainer program, the fee to replace each retainer can be around $400 per arch. That means you could be paying $800 to replace your retainers.

How long do the retainers usually last?

It depends on the type of retainer and how well it’s maintained. Clear Plastic Retainers often need replacement after 3 years.

How long can I go without wearing retainers?

Skipping them for a few nights can allow teeth to shift.
Skipping them for an extended period can allow teeth to move back toward their original positions, potentially necessitating further orthodontic treatment.
